Come join us for Savage Mill’s Rhythm and Brews Music Festival! Fun music, dancing, food, vendors, and more, all held outside rain or shine here at Savage Mill, a unique shopping and dining destination in beautiful, historic Savage, MD. We’re conveniently located minutes from Rt. 1 and 95 midway between Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC.

A limited number of food vendors and craft artisans will be accepted to participate at no charge.

Note: please no direct sales vendors (ex: Avon, Scentsy, Pink Zebra, L’Bri, Color Street)

    Booth Requirements
    Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Vendors will have to provide their own canopy, table, chairs, professional-looking display, and if needed, electricity. Please note that, per Howard County Fire Code, canopies must have a label affixed or an on-site certification stating that the tent complies with NFPA 701, California State Fire Marshal, or other testing standard approved by the Office of the Fire Marshal.

    Savage Mill and Vendor will jointly promote Vendor's participation.

    Rules and Regulations
    The festival assigns vendor space only for the promotion and sale of products and services specified in your application.

    Vendors are not permitted to exhibit or promote their products or services outside the boundaries of their assigned pace. This is a policy of the Festival and the Fire Marshal and will be strictly enforced.

    Food vendors are responsible for acquiring a Howard County Temporary Food Service License at least two weeks prior. This shall be emailed to the festival organizers upon receipt.

    No open flames are permitted.

    Vendor shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Management from and against any and all costs, expenses (including reasonable counsel fees), liabilities, losses, damages, suits, actions, fines, penalties, claims or demands of any kind and asserted by or on behalf of any person or governmental authority, arising out of or in any way connected with the actions of the Vendor, and Management shall not be liable to Vendor on account of (i) any failure by Vendor to perform any of the agreements, terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement required to be performed by Vendor, (ii) any failure by Vendor to comply with any statutes, ordinances, regulations or orders of any governmental authority, or (iii) any accident, death or personal injury, or damage to property, which shall occur in or about the Vendor’s location on the. Premises, except the gross negligence and willful act of the Management, its employees or agents. Vendor shall also pay all costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees that may be incurred or paid by Management in enforcing the covenants and agreements of this Agreement.

    Load-in is from 8-10 am. Vendors who have not arrived by 10 am may not be permitted to enter the festival or to participate in future festivals. Vendors should be unloaded, vehicle parked in the Big Lot, and set up for customers by 11 am.

    Vendors are to remain open and staffed for business for the duration of the Festival.

    Vendors are not permitted to be taken down until 4:01 pm. Load out commences at 4:01 pm. All items, trash, etc. must be GONE from the vendor space by 5 pm.
