Ashtanga for Beginner Series

This all-levels introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga method includes:Ashtanga Yoga fundamentals (each session is a workshop introducing one element of the Ashtanga Yoga method; they are structured approximately 2 weeks apart so that students have time to practice what they learn)2 months of unlimited practice with our communitylearning how to link breath & movement & cultivate your own heat (Bandhas); develop a yoga practice that is your ownindividualized verbal instructions and/or hands-on assists (optional)a supportive group settinga brief introduction to pranayama (breath work) and meditationmentorship from current students (optional).*Limited class size.  A signed waiver & payment are required to reserve your space.  Tuition is non-refundable.
