Gentle Vinyasa & Pranayama

Vinyasa yoga connects breath and movement in a dynamic sequence of postures. Pranayama is the discipline of observing, studying, and controlling the breath. This relaxing class begins with a gentle, accessible vinyasa yoga sequence to move your body and link breath and movement. Toward the end of class, it will segue into a breathwork or meditation portion. There also may be breathwork included at the beginning of class, or throughout the practice!

This class is suitable for all experience levels.
