Event Details

Kitchen Medicine is a 3-week, in-person practice series designed to reconnect you with the timeless practice of preparing simple herbal remedies using familiar herbs and everyday ingredients.

This is not a lecture-based class.

It is a hands-on, practice-centered experience.

Each week, you will prepare a traditional herbal remedy while learning how simple kitchen ingredients can become trusted allies for seasonal wellness and everyday care.

At the center of this experience is remembrance.

Together, we’ll reclaim the understanding that the kitchen has long been a place of nourishment, healing, and care—where everyday ingredients become everyday medicine.

This is not about creating a perfectly stocked home apothecary.

It is about cultivating confidence, building practical skills, and remembering that herbal wisdom can be woven into the rhythm of daily life.

Ancestral wisdom is woven throughout this space, not as something to learn or follow, but as something to remember within yourself.
