Reiki for Self-Care is more than just a course—it’s a gentle journey inward. Reiki can help with stress relief, sleep, and pain management. Whether you’re new to energy healing or looking to deepen your existing practice, this course offers a supportive space to learn how to nurture your body, calm your mind, and connect with your spirit.

In this 6-hour live class you will:

Learn the basic principles of Reiki
Learn about the chakra system – a potent tool for understanding the self
Learn about the quantum-level science behind energy healing
Learn how to use Reiki techniques for stress relief and pain management
Receive a basic Reiki attunement
Learn how to shield and protect your energy
Leave with a toolbox full of visualizations, mantras, mudras, hand-holds and breathwork practices to help you manage pain, stress, insomnia, and more.

You don’t need prior experience—just a willingness to slow down and listen to your inner self. You can use these skills to help yourself, your loved ones, pets, plants, and even food.

Payment plans and sliding scale pricing are available.
