Inner Canvas is a Soulful Sessions experience that blends intuitive art, gentle reflection, and creative flow. Hosted at Essentially Divine in Savage Mill, this Valentine’s– and Galentine’s-inspired gathering invites guests to explore how love shows up in their lives—beginning with the relationship they have with themselves.
Through guided prompts, grounding practices, and intuitive painting, participants choose a creative focus—self-love, meaningful connection, or sisterhood and friendship. No art experience is needed, and sharing is always optional.
Come solo, with friends, or with a partner and enjoy a calming, expressive evening complete with all materials and gourmet wellness tea. Each session is uniquely curated, offering a soulful, creative way to unwind, reflect, and reconnect.
Led by Reiki Master Karen A. Bryant with special artistic collaborators, each workshop is themed — no two sessions are the same. Whether you are an experienced artist or simply seeking peaceful creativity, this evening invites emotional release, clarity, and connection.
