Across generations, plants have accompanied us in remembering, honoring, and maintaining connection with those who came before us.
Join us for an intimate, hands-on gathering exploring herbal allies traditionally associated with remembrance, protection, ancestral wisdom, and spiritual connection. Together, we’ll spend the morning learning, blending, reflecting, and sharing in community as we explore the ways plants can support both body and spirit.
You’ll experience a curated selection of herbs, learning about their physical properties as well as the spiritual and energetic wisdom associated with them. With guidance from Jeanine L. Williams, PhD, Ancestral Medicine Woman and herbalist, you’ll then create a custom herbal tea blend inspired by your own intentions for remembrance and connection.
Held during the Season of Remembrance, this gathering offers space to slow down, listen, and reconnect. More than a tea blending workshop, it is an opportunity to nourish yourself through plants, reflection, community, and the wisdom of those who came before us.
In this workshop, you will:
Explore herbal allies associated with remembrance, protection, wisdom, and ancestral connection
Learn about the physical, spiritual, and energetic properties of selected herbs
Experience the herbs through aroma, taste, and touch
Receive guidance as you create a custom herbal tea blend to take home
Explore simple ways to incorporate herbs into your own practices of remembrance and ancestral connection
Share tea, reflection, and meaningful conversation in an intimate community setting
Whether ancestral connection is already part of your practice or you are simply curious about exploring it more deeply, you are welcome.
All materials are provided. No prior herbal experience is needed.

Located in Savage Mill, the apothecary provides hand-blended loose-leaf teas, handcrafted herbal tinctures, oils, salves, and bulk dried herbs made in small batches with care and intention. Ancestors Bosom approaches wellness as a practice of remembrance—honoring the connection between spirit, mind, body, and lineage.
In addition to herbal products, the apothecary offers personalized consultations, custom herbal formulations, and spiritual and intuitive services rooted in ancestral reconnection. The space also hosts small workshops and educational gatherings that share practical, culturally grounded herbal knowledge.
