Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop where you’ll create your own custom herbal blend using a curated selection of herbs traditionally associated with dreaming, intuition, reflection, and spiritual restoration. Guided by both practical knowledge and intuitive selection, you’ll explore herbs that calm, soften, and support inner awareness while creating a blend aligned with your personal needs and intentions.
In this intimate gathering, we will explore the relationship between herbs, rest, intuition, and ritual while reconnecting with the ancestral practice of working with plants as trusted allies.
In this workshop, you will:
~Select from a variety of herbs based on your needs and intentions
~Blend your own custom tea to take home
~Learn the foundational properties and uses of key herbal allies
~Explore intuitive approaches to working with herbs
~Receive simple guidance for preparing and incorporating your blend into daily life
This is a hands-on experience designed to be both accessible and meaningful—perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their relationship with herbalism.

Located in Savage Mill, the apothecary provides hand-blended loose-leaf teas, handcrafted herbal tinctures, oils, salves, and bulk dried herbs made in small batches with care and intention.
