Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop where you’ll create your own custom herbal blend using a curated selection of herbs traditionally used to support ease, hydration, cooling, and gentle restoration during the summer months. Guided by both practical knowledge and intuitive selection, you’ll explore herbs that soften, uplift, and nourish while creating a blend aligned with your personal needs and intentions.
In this intimate gathering, you’ll deepen your relationship with seasonal herbal allies while learning simple and accessible ways to incorporate herbs into daily life.
