Bring your picnic and blanket for a fun-filled evening of activities, music, education, and inspiration as we revisit the many groundbreaking contributions the African-American/Black Community has made to our society.

PROGRAM

Opening invocation: Rev. Catherine Willett (St Stephens AME. Church – Elkridge, MD)

Dance presentation of the Black National Anthem “Lift Every Voice and Sing” by Charnell Thweatt

“Legacy of our Music” with DJ Marco Midon & Muriel Midon
The richness of our culture presented as a musical journey through all styles!

Activity stations:

For Kids:
    * Hula Hoop Contest!
