Reconnecting with Joy & Pleasure is a single-evening, in-person practice session designed to support emotional spaciousness, sensory awareness, and embodied connection through herbal practice, reflection, and ritual.
This is not a lecture-based class. It is a hands-on, practice-centered experience.
Throughout the evening, participants will work with herbs, guided reflection, and sensory practices that invite openness, creativity, beauty, and emotional nourishment. Together, we will explore the ways joy and pleasure can become pathways back to presence, softness, and self-trust.
At the center of this experience is relationship. Relationship with the body, with beauty, with desire, with joy, and with the herbal allies that help us reconnect with these experiences gently and without shame.
This is not about forcing happiness or bypassing difficulty. It is about making space to notice what nourishes, expands, and restores you.
Ancestral wisdom is woven throughout this space, not as something to learn or follow, but as something to remember within yourself.
