Originally from Yokohama, Japan, Ririka Evans brings over 14 years of professional culinary expertise from across Japan and the United States. She was classically trained in traditional sushi techniques under the renowned Master Sushi Chef Asai at the world-famous Tsukiji in Tokyo. For the past five years, Ririka has hosted popular sushi-making classes for private groups, corporate events, and wineries, offering guests a uniquely fun and authentic hands-on experience.

The event is for ages 21+ since we will be serving alcoholic beverages for the wine tasting part.
If they are between the ages of 18 to 20, a supervising adult must also have a ticket with them.
We can only allow two ages of 18 to 20 per one supervising adult.
