Hidden History “More Than Java Cafe” Chats

When: Every other Wednesday 11-noon October 23rd - November 20th Where:  More than Java Café, Savage Mill Wayne Davis is co-author of two local history books - Hidden History of Howard County and Early Ellicott City Black History. He has lived in the Guilford-Savage area for 32 years and is a retired federal government environmental scientist. Wayne grew up in Chicago and published his first history research in 1985. Recently, he was co-chair of the Howard County’s Public Facilities and Spaces Report Evaluation and Action Commission that produced reports about our local history. Please join Wayne in discussing local history, pondering questions and taking note of curiosities not yet fully researched.  “More Than Java Café” in Savage Mill is hosting this 3-part series, so please order (or pre-order) coffee, pastries, or lunch.
