Dreamwork & Ancestral Messages is a single-evening, in-person practice session designed to support dream recall, intuitive awareness, and connection through rest, symbolism, herbal practice, and reflection. This is not a lecture-based class. It is a hands-on, practice-centered experience. Throughout the evening, participants will explore practices that support dreaming, intuitive listening, and personal reflection while working with herbs traditionally associated with rest, dreaming, and inner vision. At the center of this experience is relationship. Relationship with dreams, with intuition, with the subconscious, and with the quiet ways insight often arrives when we create space to listen.
