He has lived in the Guilford-Savage area for 32 years and is a retired federal government environmental scientist. Wayne grew up in Chicago and published his first history research in 1985. Recently, he was co-chair of the Howard County’s Public Facilities and Spaces Report Evaluation and Action Commission that produced reports about our local history.
