This all-levels introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga method includes:
Ashtanga Yoga fundamentals (each session is a workshop introducing one element of the Ashtanga Yoga method; they are structured approximately 2 weeks apart so that students have time to practice what they learn) 2 months of unlimited practice with our community learning how to link breath & movement & cultivate your own heat (Bandhas); develop a yoga practice that is your own individualized verbal instructions and/or hands-on assists (optional) a supportive group setting a brief introduction to pranayama (breath work) and meditation mentorship from current students (optional). *Limited class size.
