ASHTANGA FOR BEGINNERS, BEGINNING AGAINS & SKEPTICS: a Collaborative 4-Part Introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga Method

Saturdays: Workshop Sessions 9/18, 10/2, 10/16 & 10/30; includes 2 months of Unlimited Classes



This all-levels introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga method includes:

  • Ashtanga Yoga fundamentals (each session is a workshop introducing one element of the Ashtanga Yoga method; they are structured 2 weeks apart so that students have time to practice what they learn)

  • 2 months of unlimited practice with our community

  • learning how to cultivate your own heat (Bandhas) and develop a yoga practice that is your own

  • individualized verbal instructions and/or hands-on assists (optional)

  • a supportive group setting

  • a brief introduction to pranayama (breath work) and meditation

  • mentorship from current students (optional).
