In this workshop you will learn how to take one large piece of paper and turn it into a beautiful, painted and collaged 36-page miniature book. Join us for hours of painty, inky, gluey mixed media fun as you embellish the pages of your “Every Which Way” book.
Student supply list: Bring your Basics, plus:
- Bone folder or sturdy popsicle stick
- 3-4 colors of your favorite acrylic paints (Terry will also have color palettes to choose from)
- Package of baby wipes
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Small container of matte medium
- Small container of Gesso
- Permanent black Micron pen or fountain pen for journaling
- Double sided tape
Optional supplies: Terry will have plenty of the following on hand for you to use; however, if you have a certain theme in mind you can certainly bring your own
- Rub-ons
- Collage elements- words, images from clip art and magazines (we are working small i.e., 2.75″ x 3.5″)
- Gel pens or markers to journal with
- Stamp images
- Decorative napkins
- Decorative tissue paper
