Papermaking II with Debs Pouliot

In this fun and informative 3 hour class, students will learn some more advanced papermaking techniques such as embedding paper with petals, fibers, leaves, etc., as well as how to create various interesting textures. We will also create a few pieces of beautiful paper made from various plant pulps plus learn how to achieve a lovely array of colors ranging from classic neutrals to pastels, to bright, happy hues, including variegated shades. Towards the latter part of this class, Debs will show several examples of how you can use your handmade sheets of paper.
