Reiki Level I is the beginning of your journey into energy healing: an opportunity to reconnect with your energy, intuition, and natural ability to support healing and balance.
Through guided instruction, attunement, and hands-on practice, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki and how to work with universal life force energy for self-care and personal growth.
