About This Savage Mill Business
Elora – All Things Essential is a wellness and self-care company creating intentional products and experiences that help people care for themselves in practical, meaningful ways. Based in Savage, Maryland, Elora offers handcrafted natural and organic skincare and body care products designed for sensitive to normal skin. Our product collections include body care, botanical cleansing products, aromatherapy, bath and sensory wellness products, and curated self-care essentials. Beyond retail, Elora provides mindfulness, guided meditation, and other restorative wellness services. We also create interactive maker experiences, private group experiences, and monthly curated wellness events that encourage connection, creativity, and intentional self-care. Elora partners with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to bring customized wellness experiences into workplaces and community settings. As we grow, we are expanding our e-commerce, wholesale and small-business distribution channels while developing additional corporate and community wellness partnerships. Ultimately, Elora is building an integrated wellness brand where products, experiences, education, and community come together to make self-care more accessible and sustainable.

Happy Fall Equinox! The damp weather today makes our Modirondack chairs less inviting than usual, but we found this view with the perennial grasses moodily striking.
Inside the Mill, tenants are preparing for the change of seasons. Jeanine with @ancestorsbosom recommends her herbal extract "Joy" as a beautiful ally for the transition into the darker months. Made with calendula, a bright, golden flower that carries the warmth and energy of the sun, Joy supports immune health and overall wellness.

Girls Night Out returns to Savage Mill on Thursday, October 22 from 4pm to 8pm!
Spend the evening exploring the Mill with wine, shopping specials, bingo, tarot readings and more happening throughout the night.
For this Girls Night Out only, our ghost tours are getting special access to the attic, giving you the chance to see a part of Savage Mill that is normally off limits. Tours will run throughout the evening.

🧵 The Threads of Heritage Community Quilt is ready for its next chapter!
During Black History Month, our community came together with Leona`s Sewing Studio to design a quilt using African print fabrics. Now, in celebration of @nationalsewingmonth it’s time to bring that design to life.
Join Leona`s Sewing Studio at Savage Mill on September 27 for a hands on session where you’ll help sew the individual squares together and complete the community quilt.

A little Mill maintenance!
Savage Mill will be closed Monday, August 31 while we take care of an important repair to our main water system. We’ll be back open and ready to go on Tuesday, September 1st during regular hours.

We`re excited to announce our new Howard County Arts Council ARTsites sculpture, "Searching" by local artist and recent University of Maryland graduate Nick Femia! Nick uses natural materials like metal and wood, bringing life to the beauty of geometric forms.

Girls Night Out is back at Savage Mill, and this summer we`re heading to summer camp!
Join us on Thursday, August 13, from 4 pm to 8 pm for an evening of shopping, sipping, and a little friendly competition. Pick up your complimentary $5 Girls Night Out Buck, grab a bingo card, and explore the Mill as you visit participating businesses. Along the way, enjoy wine and mocktails and keep an eye out for a special camp inspired game that we`ll be revealing soon.
