finally, Savage Mill
We’re a destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, exploration, and more! In addition to being home to over 80 small businesses, Savage Mill creates unique experiences indoors and out to benefit the businesses, the general public, and the surrounding community. Each quarter, we host Girls Night Out, themed evenings with activities and prizes that bring in hundreds of visitors for a fun evening at participating retail and dining establishments. We love to support the arts, from our spring exhibition of visual work produced by students at our local partner school Bollman Bridge Elementary to musical events indoors and out. Last year we hosted the Mill’s first-ever Puerto Rican parranda, a rousing holiday tradition organized by our new friends with Cultura Plenera. The Mill and adjacent Bollman Truss Bridge are aglow over the holidays, with the best Santa around presiding over the festivities. Historic Savage Mill, a National Register of Historic Places site, and the neighboring Savage Mill Trail and walkable neighborhood provide hours of indoor and outdoor exploration with family, friends, and pets.
